Incline & Power Hair Trail Hike
Wednesday September 23, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
No driving needed! The hike starts directly east of the conference center on Saint John Road. We will be hiking part of the Incline and Power Hair trail. We will ascend about 600 feet through the forest and get nice views of Keystone and surrounding mountains. This is an out and back hike so we will hike for about 1.5 - 2.0 miles in one direction and then turn around after getting some nice views at the top along with a water break before descending making the total distance 3 to 4 miles.   https://www.alltrails.com/trail/us/colorado/incline-powerline-and-power-hair-loop
The weather can change quickly in the mountains. Please prepare by wearing hiking boots, and bringing several layers including a rain jacket. Also bring sunscreen and water to stay protected from the sun and hydrated. I look forward to being your guide on this hike!

The Well of Being: Yoga, Meditation, & Art
Wednesday September 23, 2026 4:30pm - 5:30pm MDT
Wellness professionals are among the most burnout people in our society, constantly using their energy to give to others. Through The Well of Being, I help those professionals reconnect back to themselves. Yoga, meditation, and art are different doorways to the same destination: inner peace. When we can tap into this inner peace, our own inner well of being, we can live more authentic and embodied lives, thus improving our careers and the ability to give to others. I'd love to share this practice at the conference, to provide wellness and healthcare professionals with the tools needed to center and ground themselves.
