About me
Amy Downs is the founder and president of Results Count Consulting Group, which supports non-profit, public sector and community-based organizations in the health and social sectors with policy analysis and development; program design and implementation; community and stakeholder engagement; and program evaluation. Her areas of expertise include community and public health, state and federal Medicaid policy, family economic security, access to physical and behavioral health care, health care workforce planning and long-term services and supports. She works with a wide range of non-profit, advocacy, and public agencies at both the state and local levels.
