About me
Cade Conger joined Soul Grower Industries permanently in 2025 after studying Psychology at BYU-Idaho. He delivers Messy in Between coaching through the Logan County Collaborative Management Program and serves as a caseworker for the Colorado Youth Detention Continuum in the 13th Judicial District. Cade brings a background in youth leadership, bilingual communication, and cognitive behavioral skill-building—connecting with young people in a way that is practical and relatable.
