Clare Leather is the Strategic Partnerships Manager and Public Reporting Program Manager at the Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC). Her work focuses on developing public-facing data resources and collaborative initiatives that improve access to actionable health care information across Colorado. Clare led the development of Colorado’s Dental Health Dashboard, which uses Colorado All Payer Claims Database (CO APCD) data to support oral health planning, policy, and community decision-making.
