About me
Humphrey Costello is a senior research scientist at WYSAC at the University of Wyoming. He is PI on a project providing comprehensive evaluation services to the New Mexico Nicotine Use Prevention and Control Program. Humphrey is part of WYSAC's research and evaluation group, which provides comprehensive evaluation services to diverse state public health programs throughout the Mountain West.
