Megha Jha, BDS, MPH, is a Senior Evaluation, Innovation & Research Analyst at the Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC), where she leads and supports advanced evaluation and analytic initiatives using the Colorado All Payer Claims Database (CO APCD). Her research focuses on health equity, access to care, and system performance, with expertise in Medicaid unwind, telehealth and dental services, gender-affirming care, and social determinants of health. She has contributed to key publications and public-facing resources, including end-of-life care analyses and the Shop for Care price transparency tool. With a background in clinical dentistry and graduate training in epidemiology, Megha brings a unique blend of clinical and analytic expertise, translating complex data into actionable insights that drive meaningful health system improvement and inform evidence-based policy.
