About me
Michelle Colarelli, MA, is an Instructional Designer and Curriculum Manager at the University of Colorado’s Center for Interprofessional Practice and Education, where she develops programs that advance collaborative, workforce-ready approaches to patient-centered care. With a background in psychology and experience as a mental health worker, she brings a strong foundation in behavioral health and prevention. She is passionate about the wellbeing of healthcare professionals, educators, students, patients, and their families. Michelle integrates over 25 years of experience as a mindfulness practitioner, yoga instructor, and Reiki Master into her work, focusing on accessible, evidence-informed strategies to support resilience, reduce burnout, and promote mental wellbeing across healthcare, education, and community settings. Her work centers on embedding mindfulness and wellness practices into systems-level initiatives to foster a culture of health.
