About me
Rachel joined The Care Collaborative at CU Anschutz as an evaluation specialist in 2023. She appreciates the opportunity to apply her research and evaluation experience to the work of ECHO Colorado and the goal of reducing health care inequities. She brings with her experience evaluating initiatives in health care education, substance use and sexual violence prevention. Rachel earned a Master of Arts in community social psychology from the University of Massachusetts and a graduate certificate in research and evaluation from Wayne State University.
