About me
Rhonda Jo is the founder of Soul Grower Industries, a youth development organization based in Logan County, Colorado. She developed The Messy in Between (MiB)—an identity-based coaching framework built around SEL, values clarification, and cognitive behavioral skills—delivered across diversion, prevention, school-based, and family coaching contexts with clients spanning multiple states. She is passionate about giving youth and the professionals who serve them practical tools that create lasting internal change.
