Robyn Odendahl is a Principal at Health Management Associates (HMA) with expertise in community health assessment and improvement planning, stakeholder engagement, research and evaluation, facilitation, and strategic planning. She partners with public health agencies, healthcare organizations, and community-based organizations to design and implement collaborative processes that identify community priorities, elevate community voice, and translate findings into actionable strategies that improve health outcomes.
Robyn brings more than a decade of experience conducting needs assessments, program evaluation, and applied research in public health and human services settings. Her work emphasizes meaningful stakeholder participation, collective impact approaches, and the integration of quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making. She is skilled in facilitating cross-sector collaborations, synthesizing complex information into practical tools and recommendations, and helping organizations develop measurable strategies to improve program and policy implementation.
