About me
Sara Torres serves as a Public Health Data Analyst for Broomfield Public Health and Environment. Her work specializes in both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, data-driven storytelling and decision-making, and making data accessible to the public through community engagement. Sara has previous experience in environmental decision-making, natural resource management, and water conservation. Her research and experience has spanned the United States, Colombia, Brazil, and China. Sara earned her bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder and holds master’s degrees in geography and community sustainability from Michigan State University.
