About me
Sarah Davis is the Co-Director of the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Centers (RM-PHTC) based at the Colorado School of Public Health. RM-PHTC is a member of the Public Health Training Center Network and is one of the 10 HRSA-designated Regional Public Health Training Centers. RM-PHTC serves the states of Colorado, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, and Wyoming. Powered by a remarkable team of 20+ instructional designers, project coordinators, facilitators, and evaluators, the Rocky Mountain Public Health Training Center offers more than 300 trainings covering a wide variety of public health topics and strategic skills each year. With a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management, Sarah’s background includes training, facilitation, grant writing, coalition-building, and policy change work. Sarah is a co-author of the Learning Agenda for Systems Change 2.0: A Toolkit for Public Health, Partners, and Communities (www.PublicHealthLearningAgenda.org). Prior to joining the RM-PHTC in 2015, Sarah led tobacco control and policy change efforts with the American Lung Association of the Southwest for 13 years. Sarah lives in Denver with her husband, daughter, French Bulldog, and Great Pyrenees rescue. Sarah is an avid audiobook listener, fair-weather skier, cross-stitcher, TRX and fitness dance instructor, and craft beer enjoyer.
