About me
Sarah Ford works at the Center for Improving Value in Health Care (CIVHC), where she supports the development of public-facing tools and communications strategies that help communities better understand and use Colorado All Payer Claims (CO APCD) data. Her work focuses on translating complex information from the CO APCD into accessible, actionable resources that support public health planning, health equity efforts, and community decision-making. Sarah led the development of the Colorado County Profiles, a resource designed to help local organizations explore county-level health care, enrollment, demographic, and utilization health data.
