About me
Sarah began her public health career 20 years ago as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Tanzania, leading to diverse experiences in locations like Senegal, Portugal and Des Moines, Iowa. Her work has encompassed HIV/AIDS prevention, maternal mortality review, and global pandemics.
Now, as the Health Planning and Systems Manager for the Broomfield Department of Public Health and Environment, Sarah oversees population data and implementation of Broomfield’s community health improvement plans. She highly values collaboration with community partners, including the amazing nonprofit network in Broomfield and all the health systems that serve Broomfield residents.
On an off day, you can catch her curled up in a cozy chair reading a book or cheering her kids on at all their sports.
