Talitha Appel is a registered nurse who serves as the Associate Director of Community Health Nursing at Arapahoe County Public Health, where she oversees the Community Health Nursing Operations team, including informatics, billing, and Employee Health & Wellness. Talitha is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nursing with a focus on Leadership and Health Care Systems.
