Vishnu Panicker is a GIS Integration Analyst at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and is the website application developer for the relaunch of the Colorado Community Inclusion maps. Mr. Panicker has worked at CDPHE since 2023 supporting disease control, immunization and emergency response mapping activities, geospatial data visualization, analysis and data dissemination. He is an experienced professional in Geographic Information Systems with strong professional skills in ArcGIS, web mapping development, cartography, python, remote sensing, and data management.
