About me
Will serves as an ECHO implementation and systems analyst for The Care Collaborative at CU Anschutz. He is passionate about democratizing knowledge for critical medical and public health topics and about improving access to care for underserved populations, bringing expertise in public health operations, data analysis, and health systems research. Prior to joining The Care Collaborative, Will helped to lead legislative affairs and program evaluation initiatives for Medicaid programs at the Maryland Department of Health. He holds a Master of Health Science in social factors in health, and a graduate certificate in public health informatics, from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
